Liver Fat Fraction Workflow
Liver parenchyma fat fraction with sequence QA
Measures liver fat fraction from qualified PDFF, Dixon water/fat, or in-phase/opposed-phase MRI series using a dedicated liver analysis service.
Liver Fat Fraction
Reports liver parenchyma fat fraction from the best qualified sequence.
Sequence QA
Identifies whether the result used PDFF/fat fraction, Dixon water/fat, or in-phase/opposed-phase fallback.
Fat Fraction Map Snapshot
Generates a liver fat fraction map snapshot masked to measured parenchyma.
Parenchyma QA
Excludes vessels and hepatic cysts when labels are present and reports negative/out-of-range map values.

Datos de imagen
Accepts abdominal MRI as DICOM files, DICOM ZIP, DICOM folder, or NIfTI volume. Preferred series are IDEAL-IQ, mDIXON Quant, PDFF, fat fraction maps, or other multi-echo liver fat series. If unavailable, the workflow falls back to matched Dixon water/fat images, then matched in-phase/opposed-phase images including VIBE or LAVA acquisitions.
Información básica del sujeto
Pseudo subject name is recommended. Height, Mayo classification fields, kidney volume fields, and PKD longitudinal fields are not required.
Metadatos del estudio
Series descriptions, protocol names, sequence names, and image type metadata are used for sequence recognition.
Como usarlo
1. Upload an abdominal MRI study with liver fat fraction workflow type.
2. The workflow checks for PDFF or fat fraction maps first.
3. If no PDFF source is available, it looks for matched Dixon water/fat images.
4. If those are unavailable, it can use matched in-phase/opposed-phase images as a fallback estimate.
5. Review the generated report for selected series, confidence, negative-value QA, and the liver fat fraction map snapshot.
