Report outputs

Liver Fat Fraction

Reports liver parenchyma fat fraction from the best qualified sequence.

Sequence QA

Identifies whether the result used PDFF/fat fraction, Dixon water/fat, or in-phase/opposed-phase fallback.

Fat Fraction Map Snapshot

Generates a liver fat fraction map snapshot masked to measured parenchyma.

Parenchyma QA

Excludes vessels and hepatic cysts when labels are present and reports negative/out-of-range map values.

Image data
Accepts abdominal MRI as DICOM files, DICOM ZIP, DICOM folder, or NIfTI volume. Preferred inputs are PDFF or fat fraction maps; matched Dixon water/fat and in-phase/opposed-phase series are supported fallbacks.
Basic subject info
A pseudonymous subject name is required. No PKD-specific patient fields are needed.
Study metadata
Series description, protocol, sequence name, and image type are used to recognize the acquisition.

How to use

  1. 1

Upload the complete anonymized abdominal MRI study.

  2. 2

Review the selected series, method, confidence, and parenchyma quality checks.

  3. 3

Download the report, fat fraction snapshot, map, and liver segmentation for research review.
