About TraceOrg

TraceOrg research imaging workbench

TraceOrg is a research-stage medical imaging workbench for MRI and CT volume reports, workflow-specific analysis, and longitudinal tracking.

What TraceOrg does

TraceOrg helps researchers upload anonymized imaging studies, run workflow-specific analysis, and review volume reports with traceable quality evidence.

Research-use scope

TraceOrg is intended for research use only. Outputs are designed for expert review and are not intended for clinical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency decision-making.

Current workflow direction

The current public workflow focuses on PKD volume reporting, including kidney, liver, cyst, Mayo classification, and longitudinal tracking. The platform is designed so additional workflows, such as body composition, can be added over time.

Data handling

TraceOrg is built around anonymized MRI and CT uploads, per-job auditability, and user-owned study records. Users should remove protected health information before upload.
