Muscle panel
Reports segmented muscle volume, regional muscle indices, and left-right asymmetry when coverage supports it.
Organ panel
Reports major segmented organ volumes where labels are present.
Vascular panel
Reports segmentation-derived vascular summary metrics with review flags.
Coverage QA
Classifies whether global or regional metrics are reportable based on anatomy present in the segmentation.
Segmentation outputs
Image data
Prefers whole-body or neck-to-thigh MRI as NIfTI. DICOM ZIP/folder is accepted and converted before inference.
Basic subject info
Requires pseudo subject name and height for indexed metrics. Sex, age, and weight are optional report context.
Study metadata
Study date and description help align longitudinal trend reports across follow-up studies.
How to use
1. Create a subject and select the Whole Body Composition workflow.
2. Upload a NIfTI study or DICOM ZIP/folder from a compatible whole-body MRI acquisition.
3. Study analysis runs Dataset007 whole-body segmentation and generates a PDF report.
4. Review coverage QA before interpreting global or regional indices.
5. Upload follow-up studies for the same subject to enable longitudinal trend summaries.
